I am about to do my first FET on the NHS ( I have had done a few privately before) and they have told me that they don’t do baseline bloods or scans. I will be doing a medicated FET and have been told to start my medications in CD1 and come in for a scan CD8-11. Is this the case at all NHS fertility clinics? Aren’t the baseline scan and bloods important?

I'm an NHS patient and I have had baseline scans (mid-cycle prior to the one we'll be transferring in).
My clinic don't do bloods unless there is a concern or indication from previous cycle.
Hope that helpsxx
My U.K. clinic never done baseline scans for FETs. They said it didn’t change their management. First scan was around day 7.
They didn’t check bloods either. We’re now having treatment in Greece and I get my progesterone checked every day xx
I didn't have a baseline scan for my FET and it worked! Good Luck! x
