No period after cancelled ivf

Hi all,

My long protocol ivf cycle was cancelled at the end of November due to risk of OHSS.

We have our next appt tomorrow morning and they have said we can try short protocol ivf this time.

However, my last period was on 30 November, it was really light and last about 5 days. I'm a bit concerned that my period is so delayed and may not return to normal. I was ovulating like clockwork the months before my ivf cycle began.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

Many thanks

Mandy

Hi.mmessing about with hormones can cause a delay of your to three months to what is normal for you. Hopefully you’ve got support just now, and it won’t be too late. I will be thinking of you and wish you both well. Diane
