I've just finished my second cycle of IVF treatment under the care of a new hospital who have been great so far. Instead we opted to have picsi instead of icsi which we had in our first cycle which didn't give us good fertilisation rates. So far picsi have given us a better outcome. Does anyone have any success stories with picsi treatment?

Yes me! First round we had 30% fertilisation rate with ICSI and no blastocysts from 7 mature eggs. Second round with different meds and after a year of vitamins etc we had 85% fertilisation rate with PICSI and 4 blasts from 19 mature eggs. Currently 9 weeks pregnant from first transfer.
That's great news and congratulations on your pregnancy. I read that picsi is more advanced than icisi, especially in helping to aid male factor infertility.
Hi! We recently had PICSI as our 4th cycle and worked much better than the previous 2 ICSI. First ICSI we had 2 good embryos but not successful with fresh transfer. 2nd cycle ICSI again just 2 but poor quality blastocyst. We pressed for PICSI to throw the kitchen sink at things in whatever we can and got 5 good quality embryos. In my head I've put it down to PICSI as cycle 3 and 4 weren't that far apart and health was optimum for both.
