I am currently doing a fet cycle, I've only been on a very low dose of fsh and waiting for natural ovulation. Dominant follicle today at 19mm and been advised to trigger today pending blood results, however my lining is on the thicker side at 13mm. I'm a little worried I'm going to miss the implantation window, I'll be transferring next Monday. They assured me all looks very good but it's my last embryo and I can't help but wonder. Anyone have a similar situation that can ease my mind? Xx

Hi Vassi, I'm doing a similar FET protocol because I don't respond well to oestrogen. So I've been on low dose stims and I triggered on day 9 (last Monday) when I had two follicles, the largest was 20mm. I started taking vaginal progesterone pessaries 2 days after trigger (Wednesday). I had the transfer yesterday and I asked them did I definitely ovulate because I was still getting the heavy sensation that I get when my follicles are growing. I was worried too that the timing wasn't right but they said that it basically didn't really matter if I didn't ovulate exactly on time because the follicles were only there to provide oestrogen to thicken the lining. It's really the progesterone that gets the womb into the right implantation zone which doesn't happen unless you're taking extra or until you ovulate and the corpus luteum starts producing progesterone. All the best for your transfer xx
Thanks for your reply, that's reassuring. I have done my trigger and they will follow up with bloods tomorrow to make sure its done its job. Thank you, and all the very best to you for your tww , sending positive vibes 🙏✨️ xx
