Hi, I’m on day 11 post FET and done a pregnancy test this morning. It came back negative. This is my second round, first ending in a chemical miscarriage
Is there any way that I could be pregnant and my hcg levels aren’t high enough? Has anyone had a positive test after having a negative?
My clinic have told me to stop my medication of progesterone pessaries and oestrogen tablets but I’m a little reluctant just incase!
Any help /advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Jess

From my experience, day 11 should give you an accurate result. Your embryo should start implanting around day 2 - 4 and start emitting the HCG hormone then too. So by day 11 you would expect to be able to see a line (even a faint one).
There are some instances where embryos implant late but often these don't tend end too well either.
Normal HPTs can detect 20nmol of HCG and byt day 11 you would expect to be able to detect well over a hundred.
I’m so so sorry it been a negative this time, by day 11 the line would be fairly strong on any type of test but especially an early detection one. It is safe to stop your meds so don’t worry about that but please do take time for yourself and lean on others around you, you deserve to be spoiled right now xx
As awful as it is I think at that point it would show positive. My last round (I know u shouldn't test early but I was impatient & naughty lol) was positive from 4dp FET & was still positive at the end of the 2ww but then 1.5wks later had a bleed & lost it. Gearing up for round 5, plodding on; 👁 of the 🐯 💪💖
