negative test

Has anyone had a negative test with a 25hcg test at 11 days post transfer and still been pregnant? I had a BFN this morning and the clinic have told me to stop meds but I’m clinging on to that hope the test just didn’t detect as still no period…

Hi! Was it a sensitive test? Because if it's not a sensitive test then your hcg levels might not be high enough to come up positive, you have to have really high levels for those tests, I would recommend using a sensitive test first thing in the morning to get a more accurate result, I used clear blue ultra sensitive and that's a good test I would highly recommend as you don't need high hcg levels for that one x

No it’s just a clear blue normal test. Double pack says double check and date. Thanks. I’ve just ordered some that say 10hcg. I’m not hopeful but I don’t want to numb the pain with drink too soon 😔

I would highly recommend using the 10hcg because it's very possible that your still pregnant with levels not high enough for the 25hcg test, I hope the sensitive test comes up positive

Not yet no. I’ve booked blood test for Thurs too. Just so frustrating that usually it’s a bleed that lets me know but this time not even that x

Yeah that would be very frustrating, maybe it's still going to be positive x

it should be showing by 11 days even on a 25hcg but it has been known to happen late so do what you need to do to be sure but I would say very unlikely for result to change I’m afraid 😢 I’m so sorry 💜xx

I don’t think it will change but I’d rather be 💯 sure. I’m waiting on some 10hcg tests and and booked blood test for Thurs…. X
