hello! I would appreciate some advice on how to track ovulation after a missed miscarriage. I had spotting about 10 days ago, a scan 3 days afterwards confirmed a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks. So about a week ago. I wanted to start tracking my ovulation cycle earlier today but received what I strongly suspect is a false positive. What is the best way to track this when there is still hcg in your body (I still have a positive pregnancy test)? How long does it take to ovulate again?

I taught Symptom Thermal Method for 42 yrs .Yes you can ovulate soon after miscarriage you body will get back into routine when it’s ready ..You require to look for clear fertile mucus which occurs prior to ovulation. You can use these days as sperm can stay alive up to 5 days in the right type of environment.I recommend taking your temperature digitally first in the morning vaginally as it is more accurate. You May experience pink staining at ovulation but your temp will rise 2-3 degrees & remain till your period arrives unless you’re not pregnant it will fall. I suggest you check your vit D , folate & active vitamin b12 as these low can cause recurrent miscarriages.Take vitamin C both of you .Good luck .
