Has anyone got any success stories falling pregnant naturally with low sperm count. I am someone who has battled with infertility since 2019. A mixture of trying naturally and 2 collections and 6 failed transfers. I ask about success the natural way because this is more out of curiosity as it hasn't worked for us so far trying naturally nor ivf and not sure how much more ivf I can take. but if there are any stories out there. Would love to hear them. Sperm count was 10ml on last test.

Low sperm count. Any success stories falling naturally.
Just wanted to wish you good luck whatever your next step will be Might be an idea to try some supplements Proxeed men or Impryl Well men vitamins that contain zinc -selenium and Vit B12 and Vit C& E are thought to be helpful for low sperm count Healthy colourful diet - plenty green leafy veg and fresh fruit Almonds and walnuts are good for sperm health but not too much as have a high calorie count
Take care

Hi Trex, not me personally but my best friend. Her husband had a very low sperm count and they were told impossible to get pregnant without treatment. This was 7 years ago and they was on the wait list for NHS ivf when my friend got pregnant! Their little boy started school, no contraception after him for years and just said if they got lucky again great if not they are happy. He gets settled at school and they want another, decide to go abroad for treatment - she fell pregnant with their little girl before treatment started !! She’s now pregnant again. A family of 5 to be and they were told impossible
Thank you that's amazing. Feels me with a little bit of hope!! Thank you for sharing xx
hey - we’re one of those lucky couples. My husband’s sperm count was only 1million (along with low morphology and motility) . We fell pregnant whilsg waiting for my period to start our nhs treatment. Then did ivf for baby no.2, which failed, and fell pregnant again naturally just after.
He did have very a clean diet, doesn’t smoke, didn’t drink and also took proceive sachets everyday xx
I've never tried it myself but I've read loads of comments on here from those who have gotten pregnant with the Mira Ovulation tracker and fertility cups after IVF not working our for them. If both my tubes weren't blocked I'd definitely be giving it a go. I've also read about some fantastic sounding Fertility lubricant made of similar natural fluids that helps aid the sperms with motility and supports them. Best wishes x
it is possible, especially if all other parameters are good (motility and morphology) but I would say if you have had 6 failed transfers then there is something else going on that is stopping you getting pregnant as that would count as recurrent implantation failure. Have you had your embryos tested and have you had some tests on yourself? We did ivf because of my partner having extremely low sperm on all parameters. But I then had two failed transfers of tested embryos so we knew something else was up and did lots of tests and found some immunological issues which we were able to rectify the next time and we were successful.
I’m so sorry for what you have been through - IVF is just horrible 😩
My husband had very low sperm count and mobility and we went to see Jonathan Ramsey who is an expert in to male fertility. He looks in to why and tries to find a solution and ways to help. My husbands sperm count and mobility have tripled. I would highly recommend even jsut a chat with him. He has done loads of podcasts and one I believe with BFN, so maybe worth listening to them
My boyfriend has an extremely low count. Sperm analysis was 2mil the first time and 1mil the second due to testosterone use. I've been pregnant 11 times, but all have been losses (most likely an issue on my side). His sperm does look healthy so no other issues other than the low count. So it's definitely possible.. you just need 1 good one to meet the egg!
my partner increased his sperm count by going running 3 x a week. Exercise really makes a difference. He also took the well man vitamins too. Whilst that improved another element went borderline so in the end we did do ivf eventually successfully. I also read that certain nuts can help improve sperm like Brazil nuts or maybe walnuts. Basically keeping a good healthy diet and exercise can really help improve sperm. We did get pregnant during a waiting time during covid… baby didnt make it (and for why no one knows) but in that sense it is possible. Although as mentioned it’s possible my partners sperm count had improved.
