3rd day of transfer

Just want to know if anyone is experiencing these things.

I have had my 3 day transfer 3 days ago and honestly the fullness and strange tightness when peeing is weird. Also, peeing a lot. I normally wake up once but think I’m going 3 times during the night. My boobs are growing and they are all bright blue veins. Not sure if this is the progesterone or signs of the growing embryo.
