3rd day embryo transfer!

Hi ladies!

Got BFN on the 8th day of 3day Embryo transfer. Is it too early too get the accurate result? I’m so depressed, is there anyone who experienced the same result but got positive result after 12 days. Or should I consider this as failed cycle!!

Hi Kash!

To me you’ve tested to early...( I am 7 days post 3 days FET and I try to be strong and not to test)

Do you have any pregnancy symptoms?

Thanks for ur reply Daisy, I’m having backache and mild cramps and twinges on my lower abdomen. This is my first IVF cycle with unexplained infertility. I’m trying to stay positive but it’s so difficult😖😖

Hello lovely, we are all so different and implantation will happen at different times for us all. It’s best to wait until your OTD if you can. The stress caused by disappointing news when test early won’t be any good for you or your embryo. Keep doing what you are doing, be kind to yourself. Best of luck for your OTD Xx

I think it’s too early. Some ladies start getting positives that early but I think it’s the exception. When is your OTD? My clinic has us gets 9dp5dt or 11dp3dt and that seems to be pretty reliable. Even then my lines have been fairly light a that point so I think a few days before I wouldn’t see anything and would just stress myself out. Give it a few days and test in OTD xx

I saw a timeline that says you generally dont see hcg strong enough until 10dp3dt. You are not out and i would hold off now until OTD. My clinic told me to test 10dp3dt and faded lines has sent my anxiety through roof as line so light but people are saying they think that's still too early. Good luck x
