Make sure you are are fit and healthy - eat a healthy diet [all fruits and vegetables particularly green leafy ones and beans ] Nuts ,beans and seafoods are rich in zinc which helps sperm production Vitamin D - E and C also important Have a healthy life style - drink less or no alcohol - lose wt - stop smoking Try to manage your stress levels Make sure you have support take a look at our website fertilitynetworkuk.org for advice with fertility issues ,including HIMfertility support groups for men Try wellman vitamins - ask for advice at health food shop - should contain folates- zinc -selenium and magnesium

Take care

My husband had a sperm analysis then started Wellman vitamins. A year later had another analysis and his sperm had improved. He also cut out alcohol completely (not that he drank more than the odd wine at a weekend but it's helped) already has a healthy diet. We are still having problems so we're now awaiting sperm DNA fragmentation results. It may be our egg donor, we don't know yet. I can definitely recommend those vitamins though.

My other half used the Proceive sachets - theyโ€™re pricey, but his is sperm in all 3 areas improved. He also cut out all alcohol, caffeine, had dairy free milks/yoghurts etc (but would have cows milk in hot drinks), and although our diets werenโ€™t bad, we both cut out most of the processed and high sugar snacks etc xx
