Hi everyone, I just wondered if any of you did fertility yoga at all and if you found it of benefit? I’ve never done yoga in my life but will try anything if it helps lol xx

I did yoga before pregnancy and throughout with my first. I was quite familiar with it by the time I got pregnant, and so I just bought a prenatal yoga DVD online and that worked for me. If you don't feel confident, I'm sure you'll be able to find a local class. I definitely recommend it. I felt strong and calm, and had a complication free pregnancy.

Sadly I've been so busy with my son, I've kinda let it slip, but only for the time being!

I don’t do fertility yoga but I do Luna yoga which follows your bodies’ monthly menstrual journey in line with the moon and is only for women.

I started it in January and really enjoy it, it’s really about focusing on your body and the journey it takes every month. I had never done yoga before but I love it.

I go to a weekly class and I did it throughout the IVF cycle and she kindly did the 2 classes that fell in my 2WW as gentle classes so I could still go.

I love it and would completely recommend (although at the start it is a bit airy fairy, you just need to accept that 😂) xx

Oh I’ve never heard of fertility yoga before but totally recommend yoga of any style. What ever gets you through treatment. At one point I was doing a class a day and felt amazing. X

I literally had it the day before my transfer. I didn't get around to trying it before because of one reason or another but it really did help me feel so relaxed and ready for our transfer xxx
