Estradiol patches

Does anyone have any experience with estradiol patches? For my previous FET I was only on tablets, but this time they've also added 2 patches that need changing every 48 hours.

where do you stick them? I've currently got one on my thigh and one on my bottom, but neither of them seem up to the task of staying in place for two days! One already feels like the edge is coming away from my skin

I have stuck them on my thigh and my stomach. Avoid the boobs. When you stick it on hold it down for a good few seconds x

I used patches and stuck them on my buttocks. Good luck!

I used the patches and had to change them every 48h like you. I usually stuck them to the side of my upper thigh. Good luck!
