I started Estradiol on Saturday x4 tabs a day for my first FET just wondered what symptoms and side affects people have had on them?
Sorry for the TMI but they are giving me really bad belly(diarrhoea) is this normal?
Nurse told me it doesn’t matter when I take the 4 Tabs but I’ve tried spreading them out, taking them all at once and hasn’t helped. I feel so sick, lost my appetite and the bad stomach.
Would help to know if other people had any issues taking them? Xx
Hi, I also started my Estradial tablet from Saturday. My lining on 2nd day 4.5 mm. Doctor suggested 4 tab per day. Every 6 hours. 6:12:6:12 she told maintain timing strictly. I have slightly leg pain.. nothing else..whn is ur FET date?
Hi Rituk, aw we started the same day. My clinic has stopped doing baseline scans which I find really bizarre so I don’t have a tracking scan until the 8th of June. All being well and my lining is thick enough she will give me a transfer date which could be around the 14th but I will know for definite on the 8th. I’ve unfortunately had 3 failed fresh cycles previously and never had issues with lining so fingers crossed. Do you have a idea on date for FET?
It’s odd your doctor said be strict with timing, mine said as long as I have them it doesn’t matter when. Really struggling with being on them.
Yeah I didn’t like the estradiol - it made me bloated and not feeling like myself. It’s a big dose that your body wouldn’t be used to. When I queried it the doctor said your body would be making that much oestrogen but I have to say I didn’t like taking it.
Hey Postivechangeplease, it really is a big dose isn’t it and yeh I’m not feeling myself at all and it’s really hard to keep it from people. Can I ask how you got on with your FET, was it your first one? X
Yeah it really bothered me that people take a quarter of the dose I was on for HRT! I had it on my first FET which was medicated. But it didn’t work for me. I moved to naturally modified FET (without the estradiol) - but I have regular periods so I was able to do this fairly easily and that’s resulted in my current pregnancy which I’m about to pop out! X
Congratulations, that’s amazing news 🥰 I do also have regular periods, without fail it’s on the day but was still recommended medicated so they could have more control I think. Xx
So I’m not even that regular. Mine are every month but have never been on time but with the ovulation check help and I also had acupuncture and took naturally occurring folic acid, (well and I cut out caffeine - I did so many things I don’t know what worked) - I was able to do it naturally. They recommended medicated to me for the first one but on the second since the first didn’t work they offered me the choice and said there wasn’t much between them stats wise. I’d do it naturally if we ever get to use our last emby
Hi, my next scan 8s sheduled 2mrw on 3rd June..may be my transfer will be same date 14th or 15th June. Doctor not confirmed yet. Last 1 FET 3 year's before turn in to chemical pregnancy. 1 last embryo left grade 5AA. Hope this will work.
Sorry to hear of your CP I also had one back in November following my 2nd fresh cycle. It’s tough. 5AA is top quality, also the same as ours and it started to hatch. Fingers crossed for us both. 🤞🏻 Xx
Today did scan 8th day ...lining 7.2 mm. Waiting for doctor reply. May be next scan on 12 th day 8th June..
I had my tracking scan today and lining was perfect ‘nice and thick ‘ transfer booked for Tuesday 14th 🤞🏻Hope everything is going ok for you. X
I don’t like the estradiol either… it made me feel awful, leg pain, aches in my joints, pins and needles, so bloated. Had sleep apnea a couple of nights, which I never do. My least favorite medication so far (and there are so many awful ones!). I’ve taken it for almost a month now and it’s getting a bit better, I wonder if the body gets used to it.

Thank you for your message waitingtee, I’ve found things have eased slightly in the last day or two but man I’m exhausted and I know what you mean about the leg pain, I suffer with RLS anyway but it’s made it 10x worse at night. Hope everything is ok for you x
Hi Sammy , on 12th day my lining is 9.7mm. FET booked on 13th June. Dr prescribed crinon gel 3 times. Dupheston 3 times and progynova 2mg* 4. Hope it will work this time.

aw I’m sure everything will be ok, if the dr said it is 🥰 I hold every hope for you. We transferred our 5AA today. It went as smoothly as it could but after past experiences I’m not hold out much hope. Just have to hope and pray 🤞🏻🙏 xx

Hey Rituk, today is my 5th day. If we use transfer today as day 0. I have been brown spotting on and off since transfer which is what I have normally before my AF every month so I think Its game over for me. Apart from a dull ache here and there I’ve also not had one single symptom. Which is the same as the cycle before 🥺 however I’ve also read no symptoms and people go on to have BFP, so you could also go on to get a positive. I’m not testing until Tuesday however my period is due Wednesday so I may not even get a chance 😔xx are you going to test? Praying for us x
Keep hope , may be some miracle happen. My official blood test date is 22nd. Today i tested by urin prg kit it's negative may be Bec testing early..but not loosing hopes. My doctor told pray to god for miracle 🙏 doing that only, belive in universe.he will give u definitely what we want( i am following few univalse law of attraction from YouTube) ...this 1 my last chance, so putting my all efforts with positivity for positive result. waiting for wensday test. Hope it will work for u also, keep positivity.. if u want some change, go for law of attraction, pregnancy meditation..it will help us to keep mind busy and positive..best luck
I’m praying for us both. We brought First response today and Had no Intention of doing it until otd, but I couldn’t help myself. I did it about 4pm today with very diluted urine and got a BFP it is mega early and it is of course faint but very much a positive, I’m just so scared with this brown discharge it is not going to end well. I don’t know why i did it to myself. This is after 3 failed Ivf cycles and first ever fet! I’m so so so scared now we got so close. But it just goes to show no symptoms are also a good sign. 🤞🏻🙏 xx

hi Rituk my clinic doesnt normally do blood test, i will have to wait for scans but im going to try and demand one as i cant take the anxiety. My OTD isnt until friday so got a while yet

Oh , my test is 2mrw..i can't explain how i am feeling with anexity. Here i didn't got first response test kit..just cheap 1 which shown yesterday blank. 🥵..no symptoms. Just praying to God.

Yes, given for test now it will come afternoon. For u no blood test? Then on wht basis ur clinic decide it's success or not?
I’m wishing you all the luck in the world today.🙏 My clinic make me do a test on my official test date which is Saturday and I call them with the results. Then they book me in for a scan at around 7 weeks if postive. So the time between test and scan is even worse of a wait. But becos of my spotting and my previous chemicals I’m going to demand a blood test even if I have to pay.

Yes your transfer was a day before mine and I’m on my 8dp today. Still very early days. They don’t make us test until the 12th day for a reason. Praying xx
Today cheap pregnancy test shown light positive line, day before yesterday nothing shown...may be it's started now..hope it will keep increasing. I am try6to stay relax. And finger crossed.

Hi RItuk, my OTD is today and my tests have been getting stronger since 5dp. I couldn’t be happier but I’m also aware it’s still early days and super nervous. Got to call the clinic Monday as they’re not open today annoyingly but so far so good. How is things with you x

My first hcg come back at 800 but literally the afternoon after Following my severe cramping I started bleeding so I’m 99.9% sure I’ve missed carried. I have a follow up tomorrow to make sure it’s declined
Oh, Don't worry everything will be ok..take care, 800 is good number. I did beta HCG on Tuesday came 600. But lower side only i think... doctor told to continue medications..

My last week on Tuesday beta HCG came 600, waiting for scan..
when is your scan? that is promising then. will they not give you a follow up beta to see if risen as quite early to see anything on a scan x
On 9th day HCG 22, on 11th day 88,on 15th day last Tuesday 600.. after that doctor told continue medications and scan after 1 week, so this weekend i will go for scan . I think it's early but may be doctor want to check progress..
Yesterday I suffered lot just want to check HCG and it's came 38 only, i thought it's finished and started crying.. tested urin kit it's showing dark line , so went another lab then it's came 2700 . Again evening went 3rd lab and tested it's came above 3000. So relaxed and decided not going for any HCG test now...just scan in this week.

In same boat, not confirming and not setting down things...lot of medications, continue scanning...big subcloronic hematoma. ..completely on bed rest..
