Hi all! I'm using oestrogen patches at the min and although the instructions say to put them anywhere under the waist line I just wondered where most of you put yours? And when you change them do you use another spot all keep to the same area?
I using 3 at the min and have them all across my womb/ovary area but didn't know if it would be best to keep them there or use somewhere else? I did try by lower back a few months ago but people kept asking me when I'd bent over what the plasters were on my back so decided to stop using that area π

I kept rotating mine as they got a bit sore an itchy, I went round the sides so did one side for 4 days, then the other side and then the middle to try and give the skin a break. Also use baby oil & cotton wool to get the remaining sticking bits off its works a treat xx
Thanks Button! Def a good tip the the baby lotion! I've just been waiting for the remains to peel off πxx
I was told to put them where your skin is thinnest such as at the top of your thighs on the inside thigh. I just kept rotating the patches every 3 days or so. Good tip with the oil though Button will use that for our upcoming cycle!! Best of luck Baby2016 πππ
