Hi guys I'm by no means new to this but I've asked my Clinic and they tell me not to worry.Pre transfer I had sore boobs so understood this to be meds... I'm on the same progesteron/ eostrogen as pre to after transfer.
1 prolutex injection in AM 400mg orally my progesterone blood level on transfer Day was 40.
Oestrogen I'm on 4 oral and 1 vaginal.
Now I had severe painful cramps first 3 days. Woke day 4 boob pain gone womb pain gone.
So my question is how can this be if I'm on the same level of meds that gave my side effects how can they just go away it makes no scientific sense to me surely they should maintain ...
Thoughts and experiences please.
I'm now 6dp5dt transfer DE pgt 5bb embryo and I'm 99% sure it's not taken. And I feel part of the reason could be due to the severe cramps I had day 1-3.
Then had no other symptoms med or otherwise since
Mind bending 🤪🤪

So one of the reasons symptoms fluctuate is that your body gets used to the meds, then your levels rise again and they come back…. Try not to worry about that.
Also cramps in my experience are a good sign 🙏🏼
Try not to overthink it - only a few more days to go xx
I've had different experiences on all my rounds and transfers and it's never really correlated with BFP/N and ultimate success. Sometimes the symptoms have been really strong 'pregnancy' symptoms, sometimes nothing, they have come and gone... the only constants have been bloating and headaches from the meds. I my successful FET though I did get the most intense sudden cramps which I thought meant it hadn't worked and so I tested very early (3dpt) and got the faintest BFP, which is now my 2yo. So although cramps can be due to lots of reasons including your body settling after collection and/or transfer, or reaction to the meds, in my experience cramps can be a good sign.
Hi MrsOrangejuice,Thankyou for taking the time to respond to me. It's just so odd isn't it I ve had 3 natural miscarriages all of them I had uterus swelling so felt really sensitive and boobs hurt. Last cycle was my first ivf positive I had the swelling again.my wee smelt of beef monster munch lolol. But I thought that was the steriods but it's not done it this time and I had the most vivid dreams and night sweats which I thought was the progesteron but not had it this time so just feel super disheartened and know its my womb letting the embryo down due to the damage. As everything else seemed really good.
My hcg was super low last time and I had some nausea from about day 6 just little waves so feel I should be experiencing that aswell if it had implanted. I've never had pains like I got after transfer from all of fresh transfers let alone my FET normally I'd just ride the cramping out but this was intense pain I ended up taking paracetomol for regularly that just doesn't seem conducive to a good implantation environment.
Anyway. I'm not a pre tester so will wait foor hcg blood to be taken Monday. Will keep hoping I get my happy ending. I've one go left after this then that's the end of a very long traumatic journey🙏🙏🤯
It's hard and I'm sorry for your losses. I think I've just learnt now that I have to ignore any symptoms as they've given me false hope and false despair in the past. You know your body though and one thing I definitely did was go into self protect mode and assume the worst as then I thought when any BFP inevitably ended it wouldn't hurt as much. I hope you have a good result on OTD. Btw the wee thing made me laugh - our bodies do do crazy things 😜
Weeing a lot and sore boobs. Just before OTD I got that grotty period feeling and some cramps with very dark, almost black spitting that almost filled a liner x
It's the boob thing that does me. I'm like pretty much everyone has that when pregnant. Did you test 10dpt? I wee constantly on these meds so that's not something I could attribute. Erghhhh lol
