FET Symptoms

Hello!!

I did a FET of a 5 day embryo on March 26. After the transfer i had cramping up until April 1. These cramps were like period like cramps. On April 2 and today (April 3) i have had no cramps. I am wondering, could this be a good sign? Has anyone else had symptoms like this and got a positive? My Beta test is on April 7.

Hello there Theoj,

I'm in the same boat. I had my 5 day transfer on March 29th!! And I haven't noticed much difference apart from I've been going for a wee a lot!!!

Also, I've been drinking a glass of Beetroot+apple+celery juice daily; is this okay? I read it's good for circulation and anti inflammatory.

This 2ww wait is so difficult to get through. My bHcg is on 14th April!!!

I try to do meditation etc for a couple of hours a day to distract my mind. Is there any other diet thats good to follow during this 2 week?

Goodluck to you xxx

I wish you luck, but pls take a lot of pineapple especially the hard inner part of it. It’s very good, my hospital prescribed it from day of transfer, I ate it religiously with other fruits and I got my BFP today, hope this help you too. I have been asked to still go on taking lots of pine apple

Thankyou so much!! And Congratulations!!! I've been eating 1 slice of pineapple for breakfast with the core every day! I wasnt sure whether too much or how much! So stuck to 1 slice a day!

For me cramps were a good sign, I had them throughout the 2ww from about day 3 onward. Like most symptoms, cramps can go either way, but I would think getting them earlier and then them stopping probably means they're not AF-related? Fingers crossed it's a good sign for you xxx

It's torture isn't it - reading into everything when really all you can do is wait and see. Hope the rest of your wait doesn't drag on too long and it's good news for you xxx

Its Day 7 after my 5dayFET and I've woken up with a pinkish/brownish discharge I think. Is this normal. I had slight cramping too last night. I'm so worried I don't know what to think.
