Hi ladies,
posing this question as I always find I get such helpful information. I am about to do my 6th embryo transfer Saturday and am worried about leg pain. I often get this when I do FETs and was always previously told it was the meds. I’m taking crinone twice a day, lucrin injections alternate days and 3xestrogen tablets a day. The only time I haven’t had pain was the 4th attempt, after I had a fallopian tube removed as they found it was blocked. That attempt sadly ended in miscarriage and the 5th attempt was with a very poor embryo which had grown slowly but corrected itself enough to get to a 5BC. On that attempt the pain was back. I have a great embryo for Saturday (5BA) as we thawed the final 4 eggs, am using a donor aged 28 so am really hopeful. My lining was 7.4 at my day 10 scan and we added a couple of extra days before starting the progesterone. So was really hopeful until the pain started last night.
After the positive pregnancy test and not experiencing pain that time I put it down to having had the blocked fallopian tube removed but now it’s back and that’s unlikely to be an issue this time (I still have the right tube but not sure how it would have got blocked). Have any of you lovely ladies experienced anything similar and found out the cause or even had similar but still had a positive result ?
thanks and wishing you all the best of luck on your journeys 🙏
