I was doing all sorts, I had my 2yr old frostie to keep in check whilst hoping his frostie twin was getting comfy!
Yep. I was running to catch a bus an hour after the transfer of embryo which I am now 18 weeks pregnant with. There are even studies that say a 10-15 minute rest right after the procedure is unnecessary.
