hi everyone, can advise whether bending down to pick up light things is okay after transfer? Would it affect the embryo sticking ?

Yep. I was running to catch a bus an hour after the transfer of embryo which I am now 18 weeks pregnant with. There are even studies that say a 10-15 minute rest right after the procedure is unnecessary.

when you have a FET it’s like sticking a seed into a layer of peanut butter, egg doesn’t bounce around or fall out. Good luck!
