Hi, I've had some pretty strong cramps this morning, that I am quite worried about. I am super early on (c.5 weeks) - is this normal? No other symptoms, and no blood or anything. Anyone else had this before? x

Hi Emy. Sorry to hear this. You could pop and see someone in an early pregnancy unit for GP for reassurance. It could be the start of an infection, so make sure you drink plenty of water and you are passing lots of pale coloured urine. Make sure you don’t get constipated. Onlhy take paracetamol if needed, no anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Hope it soon settles and continues as it should. Diane
