Hello! 😀

I hope everyone is well

My partner has just been diagnosed with Teratozoospermia with 100% abnormal morphology. We are going to try and change his lifestyle to try and improve it as they feel that’s the main factor.

It is very disheartening and worrying but I’m trying to stay positive! Online there’s lots that says third of men still conceive naturally so fingers crossed!

I would be interested to hear if anyone has similar experiences they want to share

thanks so much!

Rosie

Thank you. Yes I received your email! I feel like there is so many grey areas around male fertility generally from what I’ve been reading, especially where some people say you can’t conceive naturally and others say you can etc. very confusing!!

hi please don’t lose hope just give him

proxeed men. But yes totally agree it’s hard to conceive naturally but not impossible. My husband has only 2% normal form but it varies from 1-3 %. It’s changing a lot but I just started lots of multivitamins. My first cycle of ivf with icsi failed but on that time he was not taking any such multivitamins but now this time he is taking and got much better result(Alhumdulilah) . So you gave him too. And hope for best don’t lose hope now science is very advanced so don’t worry. Just change life style . Ask him to wear lose boxers 🩲 and keep testicular cold as much as he can. Drink water a lot and eat healthy too. No caffeine or alcohol or tea. Eat definitely blueberries 🫐 and add other fruits too.

Also NAC 600mg it’s good for DNA fragmentation as well Alpha lipoic acid but if he have thyroid issue don’t don’t give home ALpha lipoic acid.

Add omaga 3 high dose as well. No red meat please no sugary food avoid sugar at all. I wish all very best my dear 🤞.

Also if you could order the book called it’s start with egg 3rd edition by Rebecca fett. You can order from amzon. It’s really helped me a lot. By following that diet accordingly my husband seman analysis came much much better . His count his motility every thing came very high. Like his motility came from 48% to increase 71% and count from 40 million to increase by 359.60 million so you can see its huge change. Even doctors says if count and motility high then morphology not much metter it’s just me because of age factor I couldn’t wait as I am 35 now and he is 41 but mashallah you have plenty time. I wish you all the very best for natural pregnancy my dear. Because this journey is damn hard and I really can’t see anyone to struggle. So please definitely order that book and follow it accordingly I just follow it for almost 3 months because my first cycle ivf was private and this cycle was nhs funded luckly so they don’t wait much I need to follow time frame that’s why I have to start my second cycle but still Alhumdulilah I god good rest from this cycle. Now hopping for best IA K. Going soon for embryo transfer IA K!

You also eat multivitamin supplements according to that book to give your eggs extra nutrients and make good quality.
