3rd failed ivf transfer

hey, I’m really struggling mentally. My 3rd frozen transfer has failed. This time they put in two embryos and it still failed 😞 😢

I’m so very sorry to hear this. The grief is horrific and I know how unbearable it feels. I can’t take away your pain, but know that I am ‘virtually’ sitting with you. My only advice is to focus on coping minute to minute, then hour to hour, then day to day. We understand and we are here for you x

I am so sorry you and so many of us are going through this! I’m in the same boat! Working on my mindset through this journey has been a huge help. It is such a difficult journey and it’s not for the weak. I truly believe in my heart that my second baby is out there and that it just hasn’t been the right timing yet. That feeling and belief keeps me going after each let down. Take the time to grieve, those feelings are valid. But keep going, we’ve got this! For me, with each failed cycle, I try and pick up or get better at a new healthy habit. And while it hasn’t worked, yet, I’ve never felt better. Rosanne Austin has a good book about mindset if you want to look into it. It gave me some good strategies. She also has an inspiring pod cast. Best of luck on this journey!
