⁷Private costs for polyp removal

Hi all,

I've been quoted £4212 to get a polyp removed. I'm based in East Midlands and was wondering if this is a low/high quote? The quote

Backstory

28F at the beginning of IVF. Have completed all forms/test and essentially awaiting my next period to begin. I

However, one must have a polyp removed first to prevent the embryo attaching to the polyp. The wait list for polyp removal under NHS is 2 to 3 years., which of course is not feasible as I'm not getting any younger. So my only option is to go private and I'm just wondering if there are other cost effective options.
