Any success stories with a 5 day compacting embryo not reached blastocyst stage?

Hello, wondering if anyone has had (or heard of) success with an embryo transfer of a day 5 embryo which is still at the compacting stage and hasn’t reached blastocyst? This is our last shot for a sibling (have a 3 year old daughter from our 4th ICSI attempt). At day 3 we had one developing normally but slightly quickly (had 10 cells quite early) and 2 which had split abnormally. I was fully preparing myself for our transfer today to be of one blastocyst with nothing to freeze, but when we got there they said we had 2 at compacting stage. Neither were suitable for freezing so we transferred them both but I’m feeling like it’s a massive long shot since they are both a day behind where they should be. My husband is feeling weirdly hopeful but I’m feeling pretty deflated.

I had a double transfer of x2 morulas and ended up having twins. It is possible, don't give up hope.

oh that’s great to hear. Do you happen to know if your embryos had developed normally up to that point? Xx

I didn't use the embryoscope so they weren't checked after fertilisation until day 5.
