down reg start day?

Hi guys

my clinic starts my down reg on a random date they choose (they choose it by working back from the proposed egg collection)

Everywhere I read though it says it should be started on day 21 of your cycle…

They seem to think it’s okay as they “take over the cycle”

Has anyone else been given a random date at any point for down reg or do they have day 21 of cycle start? X

I started my down reg on cycle day 21 x

Always day 21 for me too although it has been day 20 or 22 in some occasions with Christmas etc xx

thank you for your replies girlies. Bit concerned my clinic picks random date and doesn’t even take into account or ask ref cycle :/ x
