Hello,

After x2 failed transfer we decided to try again and FET was today, however progesterone was only 9.21. Doctor has perscriped 800mg of utrogestan and x1 lubion injection to try and get the progesterone. Any successful stories or shall I just prepare myself for a fail?

On the day of my third transfer (first two had failed) my progesterone levels were low. I left the clinic after transfer and was on way home and got the call, I panicked thinking it was already over

At that time I was doing two injections per week and 3 x pessaries per day. They told me to start injections daily and to do one as soon as I got home. I asked if this would be enough and they said ‘oh yes daily injections will give you more than you need’. Every clinic is different and sees a different number as acceptable but she told me around 10 was even acceptable in some clinics.

Anyway, I’m currently 24.5 weeks!

So yes, your progesterone levels can go up quickly, just take the meds as they tell you. Good luck, you are not out at all! xx
