Day 7 in HRT protocol = equivalent to what day in Natural cycle?

Hello my dear warriors,

My clinic in Spain has recommended to go for a natural cycle rather than a HRT one this time. However my immune medicine is prescribed by the reproductive immunologist and to his protocol he has written : start Clexane and Prednisolone on day 7 of HRT.

The nurses in his clinic told me via a phone call which was interrupted, that day 1 in HRT cycle is equivalent to day 1 of my period in natural cycle so practically starting with medication on day 7 of my period which is tomorrow.

Can anyone kindly confirm this is right from your experience pls? This is much much appreciated and panicking a bit now.
