I have started with Gonal-F three days ago. My period was already finished, but today I started bleeding. I don't understand why. Did anyone experienced something similar?

Morning! I started Gonal-F yesterday and have been on Fyredmadel since Wednesday, my period is due this week however I started bleeding yesterday too. From my internal scan on Friday the nurse let me know that I would bleed, she let me know this was normal along with other PMS symptoms like sore boobs etc. I hope this helps, think it can happen with the hormonal changes x x
