hi lovely I can understand you freaking out and symptom checking. I know it’s easier said than done, but you’re very early and my understanding on here is every round is different - some people having symptoms but not being successful and the other way - so please please try not to think you’ve not been successful yet. If it were me I’d want to do lots of distracting things for myself if you can.

Best of luck

Hello

I’m 5 + 6 and have been doing the same thing as I’ve felt very little symptoms, other than what could be from the progesterone. I even went for an up to date blood test two days ago to make sure my levels were still rising and I got the results today to say that they are so please don’t worry about symptoms. Don’t forget about those stories of people who don’t know they’re pregnant and then one day they go to the hospital with severe stomach pains and turns out they’re in labour! I even read one who thought she had bad indigestion, went to the loo to try make her bowel work and gave birth on the bathroom floor! So symptoms don’t always mean anyway 😁

It’s so hard not to worry though, I had a miscarriage in December and I’m just trying to take it a day at a time and not freak myself out too much but you’re not alone. It’s hard to try and enjoy this process when so much has happened and what’s on the line but you will do better trying to relax a bit and just take it a step at a time. Even if that means checking your bloods again like I did Wednesday (which was 5 + 4 like you when I was freaking out!).

I’ve done a lot of reading lately to make myself tired at bed time and I’ve been extending my dog walks to get some endorphins going but whatever helps is worth doing x

What was your blood 5+4? Im 6+0 on Monday where my 3. Blodtest is happening and i Think it should be about 27.000 it was 407 4+2 and 840 4+4 im so nervous because when no symptoms Can it really be over 20.000..

Mine were 14,000 on Wednesday, which was 5 + 4. It doesn’t matter what the actual number is as long as they are doubling every 48 hours. Some people start off lower and some really high but I’ve learnt that it has no bearing on what the number should be. The only indication that it is ok is if the numbers are doubling every 48 hours.

As I said, symptoms mean nothing as well because some people don’t even know they’re pregnant. My mum was sick for months with me, tired, had migraines and struggled with her pregnancy but then with my younger brother who she got pregnant with only a year later, she had nothing and just felt more tired than usual.

When I got pregnant in December, I had sore boobs, headaches and I was really tired. It ended up being a miscarriage sadly but my point is, every pregnancy is different, even when one person has more than one. I’d get your blood test done again to make sure and then wait for the scan and that should be the best thing to keep your mind at rest.

I know how hard it is after a loss though, it takes the enjoyment out of it when it does work x
