hi my ivf warriors so after miscarriage at 7 weeks I have another one embryo left and then will be back to 0 do you suggest another retrieval , egg donor or transfer and as per your experiences what test you suggest , my history is 37 yo one natural miscarriage at 6 weeks , 1 chemical ivf , 1 failed transfer and 1 miscarriage at 7 weeks . I have done 2 retrievals and egg maturity is low 6 out of 20 and 7 out of 17 matured. I am very regular with timely ovulation but still not able to conceive , husband sperm normal , I have a bmi of 30 which I know is at the higher end. With all test was diognised with high prolactin issues that’s the only thing they discovered . Any valuable suggestion will be appreciated , let’s support each other and we all get through this with our babies soon xx

Hey. Just saw your comment about high prolactin and wanted to say I have been told this can affect egg quality. I am on cabergoline to keep prolactin levels at a suitable level due to a pituitary condition I have. So if you're not already on something for the high prolactin then worth speaking to your doctor about this. One specialist I saw recommended even increasing my cabergoline during IVF stimulation to keep prolactin low during this period. You then have to stop cabergoline if fall pregnant.Sorry to hear about your losses. I've also had a miscarriage and a chemical pregancy following ovulation induction. Now part way through IVF. Good luck to you and stay strong xxx
Thank you dear I have prolactin issues from really long time now , wasn’t taking any medication this time as my levels are always somewhere around 600 to 700 so endocrinologist said shouldn’t be concern for ivf :(, all the best to you too x
