How long do you keep going with the vag pessaries?

So my OTD 31/1 is when I’m on holiday in another country. I just realised that my progesterone pessaries run out on this day.

If the result is BFP, am I meant to continue with the progesterone? Just wondering if I should get an extra supply ready with me on holiday just incase!!

Hello, yes I would ask your clinic about this as its common to keep women on progesterone if they have a positive test result x

Yes you should ask from your clinic but in case of pregnancy you have to continue it till week 12....

I was on them until week 22. So yes, best to have some with you.

I continued until week 8 - At that point unless prior medical reason your body should be producing enough natural progesterone to stop the synthetic x I was worried I was too early, I had a fresh transfer - if it’s a frozen I think they continue until 12 x

it depends if it was a fresh or frozen transfer you had. Fresh some clinics end progesterone on test day (as your own body should be producing it too) but frozen you would continue to between 8-12 weeks until the placenta takes over xx
