FET with a lining on the thinner side

Hello lovelies!

So I got the go-ahead today from the clinic for my transfer.. next Tuesday!

My lining got to 6.7mm today, good blood flow and triple lining, so although it isn’t at the magical “7”.. they said it looks good to go.

We looked through all my previous scans and egg collections and looks like my lining has only ever got between 6 and 7.5mm so I’m bang in the middle. I naturally have very light periods, always have! (Seemed like a blessing growing up.. and all that.. 🙄) And I’m in the headspace where I guess I just errrr on the thinner side! Anybody have any experience on FET with a lining on the thinner side? X

I am also with Create however with the Birmingham branch. My cycle day 9 scan showed my lining was measuring at 5.6mm - triple layer. Due to have day 12 rescan tomorrow. Hoping it has at least reached 7mm. On previous scans it was above 7. Fingers crossed!!

Hoping to transfer a 5BB embryo - how about yourself?

Hi CreateIVF!

I’ve always had very light periods and the only time my lining ever got to 10mm was for my fresh transfer.

For my second frozen transfer I did a natural modified protocol and my lining only got to 6.5mm before I ovulated. However the clinic were happy with this and the overall look of my lining. I’m pleased to say I’m now 19 weeks pregnant, so the clinic were right to suggest we go ahead!

hi Raspberry Leaf tea or tablets (tablets from Holland and Barrett) and pineapple cores are supposed to be good for linings - also mild exercise to stimulate blood flow. I stopped raspberry tablets on the day of transfer, best wishes
