Hi All,

We were looking at good pregnancy supplements and compared Wild-Nutrition VS Pregnacare-Max. You can see the table below.

Wild nutrition was recommended to us, which I think is because of their active marketing. In terms of nutrition, pregnacare stands out.

Hi, this depends on your budget and how you feel about other ingredients such as bulking agents and maltodextrin which is found in pregnacare max. For your money , you do get a lot though, the price is reasonable. I'm taking supplements separately as I'm on blood thinners which interact with certain vitamins found in pregnancy supplements. I hope this helps.

I have always taken proceive or Zita West’s supplements as you should try to have methylated versions of b vitamins, especially methylated folate instead of folic acid. These have worked really well for me through IVF, TTC and two healthy pregnancies xx

Hi! Perhaps something to discuss with your clinic or midwife? If we are talking about pregnancy vitamins, our clinic advised against anything containing vitamin A or CoQ10 as these might be harmful in pregnancy. Nonetheless, I discovered a surprising amount of pregnancy vitamins contain them... I note that Wild Nutrition have CoQ10 even if in small amounts, so you might want to opt for the other option.

Hi,

I used a brand called Impryl for 6 months which I believe helped me to conceive naturally.

I've recently switched to a different brand called Naître as it provides way more essential vitamins and minerals that can support your pregnancy and pre pregnancy.
