Letrozole

hello - I’m on my 2nd cycle of Letrozole, first cycle was 2.5mg and didn’t induce ovulation. I’ve just finished 5 days on 5mg and am having significant side effects, tired, achey, it’s brought on a period and sore boobs (also shoulder pain) . Does anyone have any experience of this. Should I be worried? I can’t seem to find anyone with similar experiences on forums. Hoping it means it’s working???
