Done 3 rounds of clomid and I ovulated only on one cycle. The NHS have advised me to increase to 100mg but I can't even begin to think about the side effects again!!
My private doctor has recommended letrozole 2.5mg because it more effective with PCOS and limited side effects.
Has anyone tried letrozole?

I can completely understand your hesitation about increasing the Clomid dosage—those side effects can be really tough to handle. Personally, I had a very positive experience with Clomid. It worked well for me, and despite some ups and downs, it helped me ovulate in my third cycle, which was a big relief. It did take time, though, and I had to adjust to the hormonal changes, but it was worth it in the end. I think an important factor was that I used only high-quality Clomid from a reliable pharmacy, and it really worked. I ordered Clomid here – fast-supply24.com/buy-clomi....
As for Letrozole, it’s definitely worth considering, especially if your doctor believes it's a good option for your PCOS. Many women with PCOS find Letrozole to be very effective, and it tends to have fewer side effects than Clomid. It's often prescribed for women who aren't responding to Clomid, and for some, it results in better ovulation. It’s a bit more targeted because it works differently than Clomid in stimulating ovulation.
Ultimately, if you're feeling hesitant about increasing your Clomid dosage, Letrozole could be a great alternative. It might be a good idea to try it under the guidance of your doctor and see how it works for you. I think it’s worth giving it a shot, especially if you're concerned about Clomid’s side effects. Wishing you the best of luck!
