I'm 9dp6dt and it's been exactly 14 days since the day I was supposed to ovulate (I took a trigger shot, on a natural FET cycle). I've been on 200mg progesterone.
I have no symptoms whatsoever, except a mood swing that felt like my usual PMS on Saturday.
How long can progesterone supplementations delay your period?
Because if I did ovulate two Mondays ago, my period should be due to start today or by Wednesday in the event I'm not pregnant (touch wood).

Hi thereEvery person responds to hormones differently. For my 2 failed cycles I was on progesterone in oil, progesterone suppositories and estradiol, my period came after the TWW was over (on time). For my 2 successful transfers, I was on same meds and continued to ordered timeline.
However I know others who've never gotten their period and it failed. Usually period came for them once meds ceased.
Thanks for replying, so it's 12dp now and I started bleeding, and BFN on the home pregnancy test. Luckily I still have 2-3 more to transfer so I will try again in the new year!
Hi konyaga , I've found it has delayed my period by about a week (and AF only arrived after I stopped taking it) when the levels are high enough. I've had one cycle where my cycle broke through and I was told I likely had low progesterone. The progesterone causes side effects which mirror PMS so unfortunately there is no way to second guess it!
Thanks for your reply, it was really helpful! Sadly AF arrived and it was BFN on the home pregnancy test. Luckily I still have 2-3 more to transfer so fingers crossed for the new year
