Hi ladies anyone who knows my story knows ive tried for years. Did iui and many Ivf cycles and a couple of surprised naturals. But then a long journey to get pregnant again. So i did some research and came a cross a lady on youtube who had difficulty conceiving . So i tried her method and it worked 1st time trying it. So for any ladys wanting to try it. heres what i did

Started taking prenatal vits, Folic acid 5mg, vitamin E 800ui, baby aspro 75mg, vitamin C 1 & a half & 200mg of progesterone pessaries from day after ovulation. If your doctor wont prescribe them you can buy Progesterone cream from chemist and rub on your belly twice a day.

Wish you ladies all the luck in the world and plenty baby dust and for those who dont ovulate naturally like the lady on youtube. She also took clomid 200mg for 7 days to help her ovulate

Thanks for sharing and congratulations, I'm tempted to try your method....in our case hubby had low sperm count hence we've been struggling to conceive naturally and IVF was the option.....if I may ask,will this work on my favor in this case or should I keep on trying as we are planning to go for the 2nd cycle now that the 1st one failed?

Thank you for sharing. I’m already taking folic acids and prenatal vitamins so I will include baby Aspirin how often do you take the baby aspirin?

Hey babez you take 75mg everyday. For me deep down i think the Progesterone after ovulation helped big time with the addition of Vitamin E to help thicken the lining for embryo to implant x
