Second FET

Hello everyone! I had my second FET yesterday, fingers crossed this one sticks. I just wanted to get some encouragement to get through the 2WW. I'm doing my treatment abroad so flying back home today. My doctor said it's totally fine to fly and I read research that shows that it is, but I'm still a little worried about it. My clinic encourages to resume normal lifestyle within couple of days and make sure to do light exercise over the 2ww to encourage blood flow. So the last time I found myself constantly thinking whether I 1) do too much and I'm risking an ectopic pregnancy 2) doing too little and stopping all the blood flow. It's driving me crazy, I can already feel this constant second-guessing and worrying is making a come back 😅 I guess I'm just hoping to hear about some stories of ladies loosely following advice and still getting pregnant.

Hi, I wish you all the best and I hope the embryo sticks, I was very careful and I made sure I didn't do any heavy lifting or straining and I walked almost everyday for 20-30 minutes for the blood flow and circulation and I'm now 13 weeks and 1 day pregnant so I would definitely recommend gentle walks and being careful but in saying that I still drank 1 cup of tea most days which is perfectly safe
