anyone done a biopsy on their endometrium ?

after 9 miscarriages doctors are now looking into my lining and possible infection. Along with hysteroscopy which I have already done a few times - they will do a biopsy on the lining to test for infection. Has anyone ever done? What was outcome and if did find infection what happened after that?

Yes I have a biopsy taken and infection was found, treated with 2 lots of different antibiotics and had the biopsy repeated in between where I needed another lot of antibiotics and then another biopsy to make sure all was clear.

hi yes I had a biopsy done as part of and ERA. I had antibiotics beforehand to deal with any possible infections but as I was having and ERA my doc thought we might as well do the histological analysis to check for infections. No infections were found but I had my positive following the procedure.

I had a sample taken during my ERA, my Dr said it was needed after my MCs, it’s useful to rule out any infection etc

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your miscarriages.. Have they checked your immunology for Nk cells? Or any auto immune? As that may also help find out why. I had a biopsy and they found higher level of Nk cells but no infection.

I have done NK killer cells and they were fine …

I had one also after 3 failed implantation & 1 early miscarriage. They found high level NK cells but no sign of endometritis. I used vaginal probiotics in the cycle I transferred & they also prescribed intralipids, steroids & clexane for my final transfer. I'm 27 weeks today so it definitely seemed to help with me. I live in Ireland & the tests are hard to get done and very expensive here so I travelled to Germany to have them done. Good luck 👍

Thank you I had intra lepid on last baby which I sadly lost at 13 weeks literally from one day to the next but I did drip treatment once. You?

can you please DM me vaginal probiotics and steroids? The rest I take as well on every pregnancy
