I hope you are all doing ok. My embryo transfer is next Wednesday and I will be increasing my medication from Friday. I’m currently taking Progynova at 9am, 3pm and 10pm and will be starting prednisolone morning and evening, lubion injections and utrogestran three times a day. Plus Inhixa in the evening after transfer.
My clinic are being fairly relaxed on the timings of medication and when I had my previous cycles we were either in lockdowns or mostly working from home so was easy to manage. Now that has changed a bit I wondered if any of you had any advice on what works for you in terms of timing your medication especially when being in office.
Thanks so much

Hi Crie Perhaps you could start earlier, have first dose at 07.00, second at 13.00 lunch time and third one at20.00 hrs then fit the new medication in to suit. Good luck. Diane
Hi Diane, thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I’m happy with the timings of the Progynova which I’m currently taking, a”they are the least of my worries as just an oral tablet I take with water.
It’s more the pessaries and injections I was looking for timing advice on. I’ve usually been really strict on taking my meds exactly on time but being in the office more and being out the comfort of your home for pessaries and injections is making me a little nervous. I’m probably over thinking it all. X
