I am just back from the clinic after having a double frozen embryo transfer (have 2 left in the bank). The embryologist sat down with us before the transfer to discuss our embryos...this didn't happen on my fresh round in May and we had no clue as to what my gradings were then.
The embryologist said that our embryos were even better than they were before they were frozen which surprised me as I thought the thawing damaged them slightly....we had a 4AB and a 6AB she said they were excellent quality. I am over the moon to say the least.
The dreaded 2WW begins here.... xx

Hi Sparklyone. Well done you, and I’m pleased the embryologist spent some time with you before transfer. You now have to keep busy and rest a short while. Eat well and drink plenty of water even though it wasn’t a fresh transfer. Try eating pineapple to ensure good blood circulation and help prevent blood clotting. Medication to have too. Eat plenty of greens and. fruit to avoid constipation. Good luck. Diane
That’s so exciting! I have FET next week too. Hope your 2ww speeds by and those embies are getting all snug! Those are brilliant grades and the fact that they have improved hopefully means good things ❤️
Thank you for your speedy 2ww wishes.... I am off work next week as its my partners bday so this 2ww should be easier as we will be 'busy'. Good luck with your transfer, let me know how you get on xx
