Changed to a 5 day transfer

Had the best phone call off the embryologist this morning. She said our 2 Lil embryos have spilt perfectly and are both identical and both top grade. She suggested a 5 day transfer and getting them to blastocyst. We are so excited and happy that they are holding in there strong. Our transfer is set for Wednesday 🌈 can have a deep breath of relief and wait to cross the next hurdle x

Hello! Good luck!! The op is nothing to worry about and you will be fine! I was lucky enough to get pregnant on my first Ivf cycle.

One of the things I think it helped me with the success is relaxation. Even before the op I will try to do small relaxation before going to bed. Before I had the op, I closed my eyes and thought of nothing, just focus on your breathing. Your body will be calm and ready. I did exactly the same when they put the embryo back. I closed my eyes and relaxed. I read that it's very important for your body to be relaxed when they put it back so your muscle don't contract. The contraction might lead to rejection.

I also kept s very positive attitude, I know it's easier said that done but I always thought, this is the closest I will ever be to being pregnant.

When they put the embryo, I thought you are now pregnant, enjoy every minute.

I wish you all the best lovely ladies , please keep the energy up because it will be worth it. We are stronger than we think.

Xxxx
