8dp3dt - so far 🥴

Hi everyone so today is 8dp3dt. The last few nights have been so hard to sleep. I don’t know if it’s the heat and meds but last 4 days it’s being impossible to fall asleep even when I’m shattered, then I wake up minimum twice to pee and last night I had a massive sweat. Also felt waves of nausea last night.

My mouth has been getting dry more at night last few days too. This tww I haven’t had any sharp twinges or shooting pains but had between 3dp3dt and 7dp3dt mild cramp feeling and just a heaviness down there and a mild throbbing on one day on my left side. On day 6p3dt I was really down as felt like AF was brewing. Also had lower back ache in these days. Then on the morning of 7dp3dt that heaviness down there lifted and lower back isn’t aching much. Boobs are still sore. Yesterday I went for a blood test just to check progesterone again as I feel paranoid it’s going to drop because I don’t absorb the pessaries very well so I’m also taking one lubion injection. My pregnancy blood test is on Friday and my app says AF is due tomorrow. Is anyone else testing on Friday? I’ve held out and not tested I’m way too scared right now. Xxxxx

Think everyone is finding it difficult to sleep due to the heat - try closes blinds early in the day - if using fan put some ice cubes in front of it [ sort of air con ] Also the stress & hormones make if difficult Try to keep busy - take meds as directed Your body will absorb the progesterone it needs - any fluids left behind are just the base that contained the progesterone

I had a progesterone check on Monday and my results were within normal range but lower than the day of embryo transfer so I was really down yesterday feeling like it’s all over. Today I’m just super tired but I’m going to try and go for a walk. I haven’t told any of my friends this time because it was hard last time telling them about the MC so this forum has been my little outlet. So I’m really grateful that you reached out. Tww can be a lonely time

I do feel your pain 😔 the 2ww is a tough time.

Like you I held off testing until I was told too. You symptom spot every little thing both in positive and negative ways but ultimately the test is the only way to get your answer.

You have 2 more days, try to treat yourself and do things that make you happy and keep you busy to help Friday come round quicker.

The last few days are brutal. This is my 4th one and honestly it doesn’t get easier it’s somewhat harder as the desperation of it working becomes more. Yess and the symptom spotting and then comparing it to when I had a bfp on my last transfer. Every-time I get a mild cramp or ache down there I feel like af wants to come 🙈
