another panic - ovaleap

so tonight we accidentally used an old Ovaleap pen that was in the fridge 😓 and the open cartridge is over 28 days old ! Is this a major issue? Gosh I’ve never had such anxiety during a cycle.

I would just contact your fertility nurse in the morning,just to make sure .
