Negative home pregnancy test/ HCG test tomorrow is it all over?

I have just had my two embryos (day five blastocysts) fet on March 3rd 2023. So here it goes. I had implantation bleeding on day 5, took a pregnancy test, and it showed faint line (positive) doctor told me to check progesterone levels in case I need to increase my progesterone intake. So I did an HCG and progesterone test on day 7. My HCG came back as 11, ( I’m thinking that is very low even if it is day 7 post FET) and progesterone levels were all good. I have stopped all signs of bleeding which is great. I was due on my period 4 days ago.

However, this morning I took a first-response pregnancy test, unfortunately, it has no line. I think I see something but I could be making it up.

Symptoms: cramps in one area fluttering feels like a butterfly (lower pelvic area) sore boobs mood swings sharp pain in the lower back ( not too often) feeling fatigued and tired

I’m so scared that this is a chemical pregnancy and another failed attempt. I’m taking another blood test tomorrow morning (day 11 post-fet) and praying my HCG levels have increased and one or both embies have implanted and could be late implanters. 

Has anyone experienced something similar please share positive stories would love to hear something positive right now 🌸💕

Hi Storm. Oh dear, but I would keep up with any prescribed medication and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Good luck. Diane

Thank you. I tested today my hcg was 1 - negative. So I will stop all medication and try again next month. I have two embies left in the freezer.

I think you need to wait for you official test day to know for sure.. any updates?
