I had a miscarriage on 31st Jan. Over 5 weeks later and still not had a period so had a scan today to see if one was due soon so we can start planning a FET for the period after.
The scan showed my lining at 3.5mm and no sign of a follicle so they said my period could be over 4 weeks away! That would be nearly 9 weeks after the misscarriage?
They also saw a cyst on my left ovary from the Corpeus luteum that was full of blood/fluid but said it should go on its own?
Could the cyst be preventing follicles growing to kick in a period?
Has anyone had this before? Should I be worried or just wait it out for my next period?

Your hormones are still a bit all over the place that is why the lining is so thin - in the next couple of weeks it will thicken up and you will have a bleed Also by that time the cyst on the left ovary should of resolved itself
