Egg quality

Hi all, has anyone done any of these new programmes I see popping up to help improve your fertility and egg quality?We have had lots of round of IVF and get a good response but never have good embroys so looking to improve my egg quality.

I've read 'It starts with the egg' and I'm doing the things she suggests, supplements, avoiding BPA, diet. I just wondered if there was more to gain from these programmes or is it all pretty much the same?

Ask your clinic what supplements they would recommend as they know your history/ results etc
