Spotting post laparoscopy and egg collection

Hey all

I had an egg collection 3 weeks ago and then a laparoscopy to remove my left blocked fallopian tube 2 and half weeks ago. I had a normal period a week ago. For the past four days however I have noticed some light spotting , bright red.

Has anyone had this before? Is this likely due to the surgery? I feel fine in myself and was fine post surgery pain wise.

Thanks all

Some spotting can be expected for a couple of weeks after surgery - it should settle down If it get heavier /or you feel unwell please get back in touch with your Dr for advice

Take care
