I had the same hun. It took a good week for things to start calming down. You need lots of rest, drink lots of water and try the sports drinks with electrolytes in them (not the fizzy ones). Also I had lemon, fresh ginger and a tiny amount of turmeric in hot water for a drink every morning which soothed the pain a bit. The weeing hurt me for over a week. Good luck lovely x
I had discomfort when peeing for about a week and couldn't open my bowels properly. It was also a week until I was back in normal clothes such as jeans. It wasn't painful enough to need pain relief after a day.
