PRP to improve ovarian function for IVF

This is my last time trying to get eggs. I have stage 4 endometriosis, had laparoscopy in 2021, left ovary doesn't really produce, right always has cysts interfering. I've had 8 eggs and 2 transfers with 2 cycles. I just did a stimulation that was cancelled because my body ovulated right before my trigger 🙄.

My doctor just offered me PRP (plasma rich platelets injected into the ovary) before this next stimulation. He said it is highly experimental right now, but studies have shown some results in women that have already gone thru menopause(11% pregnancy rate).

Has anyone on here tried PRP? And did it help you get better or worse results? I've only got this week to decide.

Hi, I would like to share my experience as I did a PRP last September in Turkey. I am divorced and my plan is to freeze some eggs now. I'm 44 and half now and what I observed. 1 month after PRP had 3 eggs, 2 months after 2 and last couple of month only one. The doctor told me from the beginning that it might work, but might not like to increasing quantity of eggs, which is not happen, as before PRP I had 3 eggs and only 2 are developed. Most probably that the quality is improved. I tried it as it was with reasonable price like around 320$.As of now, looking for another city in Turkey or another country for freezing, as I did PRP in Hatay which is affected by earthquake last week. 😔 Can do it in my country, but we are under ruzzian invasion, still risky coz of bombing and missiles.
